This blend promotes relaxation and aids with insomnia. Combine the Sleep Blend with 2 drops, Vetiver 5ml 10ml, and 2 drops Roman Chamomile 5ml 10ml in severe cases.

Drip a drop in your navel and inhale through your hands before bedtime.

Drink 1 capsule, daily, after a meal.

Drink capsules 20 minutes before meals. For those with a sensitive stomach, drink capsules half an hour to an hour, after a meal, for optimal absorption.
