Eczema and Psoriasis are both skin conditions that cause itching or soreness and has a definite connection to gut health so it really shouldn’t come as a surprise that gut health has an impact on other organs such as the skin.

Eczema is a group of conditions in which the skin becomes inflamed forms blisters, and becomes crusty, thick, and scaly. Eczema causes burning and itching and may occur over a long period. Atopic dermatitis is the most common type of eczema.

Psoriasis typically causes patches of skin that are dry, red and covered in silver scales. It is a long-lasting (chronic) disease that usually involves periods when you have no symptoms or mild symptoms, followed by periods when symptoms are more severe.

Protocol for Eczema:

Topically apply the Eczema Blend (100ml) over the skin as required.

Use either the Irritable Skin Support (Eczema) Blend (30ml) or the Frankincense/Myrrh Blend to help calm irritated skin.

For children aged between 5 to 12 years old, dilute these blends further with an olive carrier oil before applying them to their skin.
