I’m offering these two pomegranate oil paintings for sale, and I must admit — it feels a little vulnerable. Each brushstroke contains a piece of me; while I'm captivated by the richness of their colors, I'm also fascinated by the quiet symbolism they contain. Letting them go means entrusting a small piece of my heart to someone new. ❤️

Why my need to paint pomegranates?
As an artist, I love working with rich colors and exploring the beautiful textures of fruit in my paintings. It’s a slow, careful process—but it gives me time to pause, reflect, and think about life…
Spiritually, the meaning of the pomegranate is as rich as its colors. It symbolizes life in abundance and righteousness. Its many seeds (631) represent fruitfulness and the fullness of God’s blessings. Adorning the robes of priests and Solomon’s Temple, it also stands for holiness and beauty—a reminder of His divine provision and the richness of spiritual life.
In Song of Solomon, pomegranates symbolize love, beauty, and desire, linking the fruit’s richness and color to deep emotional and spiritual passion.
In Exodus 28:34, the pomegranate is even depicted on the hem of the high priest’s garment as a symbol of God’s favor and protection.
Your temples behind your veil are like the halves of a pomegranate.” — Song of Solomon 4:3
